dvtq, listing links to the material is not the same as having it. We do not have any licensed material on this site that we have not already recieved permission for. Licensed material that we have permission for include, but are not limited to: layouts (modified), systems (Joomla CMS, Blog System, SMF Forums, Galleries, etc.), and graphics (affiliates graphics).

Yes, we provide links to licensed material that we can get in trouble for, but we clearly stated that if the Copyright owners wish them removed, all they need to do is ask. We do not, nor will we ever, have the licensed material on the site itself. All we provide along those lines are unlicensed animes/mangas/OSTs and links to licensed ones, but only links.

dvtq, if you wish to continue this debate, you will lose. The evidence to support what I've stated is clearly viewable on the site itself, and if you wish to persist in the notion that we have illegal material on our servers, do so with the staff members where it is not open for public view.

This is not any debate, man, dont want to waste time with you. Dont mention about layout or system, Admin worked hard for them, we appreciated his work.

What i want to say is not every owner will contact you to ask removing their stuff (links to download), all of them are not that easy as ADV. I didnt bring any debate or want to prove I'm right or what. That's why I ask you think more when you write something back, long but nonsene for me.

Admin, you are right, If we still exist, do what we can to keep this site, when we all still love anime.

Finally, as the staff of this site, and love this site, Do I have a right to worry for it ?? Is my question stupid or what ?? I'm stop here.

I'm not saying it is wrong to question it, but when it is clear that we have no illegal content on our site, there is no reason to question it. Now, if we had a system without the proper copyrights, we might've purchased copyright removal, but until that is stated, you should question it. If we put copywritten animes/mangas/OSTs on the server, itself, we might've gotten special permission to do so, or set-up a deal where we track the number of downloads and pay the copyright holder the appropriate amount for it, but until stated, it should be questioned. All our systems have the proper copyrights, the layouts were purchased and hold the proper copyrights, the animes/mangas/OSTs are hosted wherever someone has uploaded them, not on ZA, all we have it HTML that allows access to the material. Even the streaming site isn't on our server.

This entire time, you've made it sound as though you belived we had illegal content on our site, on our server, instead you should've just settled for the fact that we don't.

I can tell that you like to question things, to find the limits and push them, but on such a serious matter as to wether or not illegal material is actually on our site, you should treat it as such, serious. We, all of the staff, could be held responsible and all be punished for it, so it isn't something to take lightly.

Let Asuka be an example, if any illegal content is put on the site, remove it before legal action is taken. Seed Genesis was kind enough to inform Asuka's staff of it before taken such action, and they did it in a rude, disrespectful manner, but in a manner that will tell the staff there that other sites will take action.

Basically, my entire post in a nutshell:

• Just be straight forward about illegal content on the site
• Don't wait for notification or action to be taken, remove the material
• If you are in doubt about something, ask, but don't persist when the answer is clearly given
• Be aware that no one likes when their stuff is taken without their knowledge or permission, so just don't do it
