I have a question, I mean no disrespect what so ever, but in the Qur'An, doesn't it make references to killing all non believers? Remember thy Lord inspired the angels (with the message): "I am with you: give firmness to the Believers: I will instil terror into the hearts of the Unbelievers: smite ye above their necks and smite all their finger-tips off them."

Iam a muslim .. not not a religion man but i think i can answer this one .. this particular phrase u r asking about was mentioned in a certain war in the early times of islam .. it also may be taken as a role in wars .. in this time the muslims were at war with the disbeilevers in Makah .. a war muslims didnt start .. so of course in war u r allowed to kill ur enemy until he surrenders if he did u will be punished if u killed him .. as a whole muslims r not allowed to fight unless the were provoked .. and even if they fought they have they have certain roles in their fights .. they dont kill women children or old people or a man who surrenderd .. they also dont sappatage buildings or plants or kill animals .. and they treat their captives and prisoners in good honorable way .. that's the true meaning of islam my friend

haha that maybe tru enough case for the normal followers but those who perform acts of terrorism are doin what they believe to be acts of allah and are right in what they are doin. besides most of the major religions have some reference to smiteing enemies and unbelievers and that was because they lived in an ignorant world.

err. didnt dey claim dat it is a "divine war" n crashed planes into d WTC n caused d 9-11 incident?? no offense of coz.. juz a question.. =.=

NO.It not written in quran about claiming a divine war.And the incident at WTC I think it was just some stupid people or narrow-minded people doing.
