well, just a lil heads up to y'all, this IS a debate ( of some sort neways ) so some people may whine every now and then. Besides, if you think its fine then just say so, and defend your point with some facts or else your argument will be incredibly weak :/

The point in my statement refers to family members sueing others for tons of cash, like that'll help anyone.

And I'm missing how you can think so lightly of criminals, although it may seem inhumane to do such things to them, someone has to do it. If people refuse to reform themselves then it must be forced upon them, for if they are allowed to roam in such free ways then society would surely crumble. All I'm saying is that people should not have the right to sue others for money ( unless the situation actually calls for it IE insurance ), thats right, I think that rape does not count for cash ( jsut a random example ). Anyone who commits crimes deserves a second chance, regardless of who they are. If they do it a second time then they'll go away for a longer period of time along with harsher conditions. A 3rd time would certainly mean removal, whether it be death or life time imprisonment.

Besides, what makes you think that someone could be innocent all the time? People can be framed in justice cases quite easily, but if officers and such would do some more intensive research, I don't see the problem. Theres also the matter of bribes but... meh :/

well christ said "if your enemy slaps your rigt cheek, turn him your left cheek" (free translation from swedish). i tought USA were the nation under god or something like that.. (really creepy actually) i say its hipocrisy. christians forgive. "so that you judge ohters, so shall god judge you on judgment day" (my own translation again).
sure, they can do what the fuck they want, just dont talk about god. i think its called blasphemy.

Do you have any idea of how much BS is in america?

They make up a lot of things, and the "nation under god" was only created ( text wise) so that America could be seen as appealing to those fleeing from other countries, that this nation welcomes all religions. No matter how you feel about it, it is happeining, and its not like anything you do or say will ever change that :/

my whining and hate doesnt have to be constructive now, does it? that would make it so boring... whining is whining. i cant just accept everything!

That's because there was a rule that the Romans were allowed to strike the Jews without provocation once, but the second would be assault, which could be charged... or answered in kind.

A few major things are wrong with the government as a whole.

-We are apathetic as to how our government works because of our affluence (We like the taste, so we don't check the wrapper)
-Our government is suffering from crippling corruption
-The Federal Reserve system is slowly draining our economy's vitality.
-People who smoke Pot are being put in jail, and now we're paying to house 25% of the prison population as nonviolent drug offenders.
-We cannot control our own borders.

Rectifying these problems requires a wide cocktail of solutions, such as reforming the Fed, securing the border, waking people up to the problems of America, actually constructing a free media, criminalizing the corruption in Washington, decriminalizing Marijuana, etc etc

That... and who else thinks our infantry and armored divisions can simply be replaced by mecha?
