Personally I thnk people should just be thrown in jail if they've done something wrong. Jail conditions could use much improvements though <


The point of jail is to isolate those who've commited crimes from society, I think thats a good thing myself. The thing that I have a problem with is how people can argue so much over MONEY , otherwise I don't see much of a problem in today's justice system >

I'm just sick of revenge talk, if you wanted to make it a better society it would be best to just isolate criminals until they've "fixed" themselves >

im with you cface. no human has the right to judge another human, that is what i believe. at least philosophically, or in theory. but if someone does me wrong, i might not want to hit him back, but i will most surely judge him.
the legal system is barbaric (actually i like the choice of words), but so are humans.
i feel it is wrong to lock people away, or even kill them, for their mistakes, making it impossible for them to ever make up for it. but if we let everybody free... think of children allways getting their way. i think it would be something the same, only far, far worse.

and geezer, the problem with the justice system is MONEY. a rich man has a so much greater chance to be set free than a poor man. or well, not the only problem..

I agree coz not all of them is guilty.. maybe they were set up who knows... so trial and investegation is needed eventhough its a waste of resources.. my gov not perferct but its better than left wing party.. they kinda radical and extream by being racist and hold riot for stpd reason like fuel price eventhough gov pay half of the price..

the left wing party is racist? what country? if someone calling herself left wing is racist, then shes a hypocrite
