When an infraction is given.. i'm guessin some sort of message comes up to the person? Is a reason given on that? Cause it wouldn't be good if the person got one and didn't know why..

You normally have a little PM box when giving the Infraction so you can explain what they did wrong etc.

ok its the ninth so id also like to apply for mod position my requirements are that i think i can help with this infraction system without abusing it and im really active with ZA sooo yah

The answer should obviously be Quality. You should have the current mods and admins decide on someone and ask if he/she would like to take upon moderator position. The reason i says this because there might be some people who want the moderator position because they want the power. Keep in mind you don`t want someone who will be more active just because he or she "can" be a mod. You would want someone who has been around and helped.
