all three templates looks too professional but i wouldn't mind any of them ^^.
regarding the banner, i think i can make a decent one, just tell me what size (the current one is 960x19

I really does. They truly are the best graphic artists I've ever seen, I'm shocked that any of them would stop making the graphics.
