What should I use to make a rmvb file around 70 mb?

use real producer...usually, it converts 170m.b avi files to 40~90m.b rmvb files....
i believe you have to put the bitrate for the outfile to 300 or something to get the file size to 70m.b~

Yeah I think 300 is what I used to use but I couldn't remember It's been a long time since Ive reencoded and it isn't helping that I'm reencoding the Gundam Seed Specials so they are freakin huge Avi files.

*writes note to self* Move file from external HD to computer before converting. Will save roughly 4 hours.

it's time to switch to other codec.... x264 give better quality in small file as for new divx.
