Sigh... After really reading #280, I think Harima was just being nice to Eri again like when he walked her home in the rain. The hug seemed one sided. But it is still a significant flag moment I guess.

School rumble’s story is really unexpected! In Chapter281, Harima and Ari engaged. While we think that the relationship of the two is confirmed, the news reached Yakumo. Compared with Yakumo’s calmness, her classmates seem more excited. They decided to help Yakumo to recapture Harima. So and the Yakumo and Harima live together by their planning.
At the end of chapter 281, Ari went to Yakumo’s home to invent Harima to a Part. Her attitude betrays her jealousy. It seems that Ari mind this very much. So in chapter 282, the war will be inevitable. Although Yakumo is a passive girl, her classmates are very active to help her. And Ari has been a very strong character. Coupled with the Harima’s slowness, School Rumble seems to be a beginning of a farce!

I just got the news. Something in #282, is pissing the hell off School rumble fans especially in regards of Harima. (it pissed me off too) KJ sensei better fix this in #283 or there're going to be quite a riot. And oh, there is also the rumor that #283 might be the last chapter of School Rumble. I chose not to believe it until it comes out.

ch283 IS the last chapter, man the last few chapters has been boring since tenma left sure i was annoyed about how the series was dragged but the ending seem to be rushed and damnit if the last chapter is going to be 12 page long then this will be the worst comedy+romance manga ending ever!

Chapter 282 may let a lot of fans disappointed. We have known School rumble will be end the next chapter, but if it develop with such a plot, the ending of it mat be very sad.
School Rumble is a comedy manga essentially. We have received a lot of happiness from it. Now it has changed the atmosphere. So that we can not help suspect that is the author has been unable to stick to his original line of the story
Fortunately, there is a chapter left. We can hope the ending will let us satisfaction. However, if the last chapter is still only 11 pages, can Kobayashi reverse the situation

I just got done season one. I watched the first two episodes Wed night, then yesterday watched seven then as soon as I got home from work I watched the last seventeen straight, hehe, only stopping for bathroom breaks and to grab some food.

I love this series, very good I like Harima + Sawachika personally. I was about to start season 2 but figured hey, it's 1 AM probably time to go sleep hehe.

well that was a lame final chapter but at least there will be a sequel called
School Rumble Z that will start soon let's hope it will be entratianing like its prequel.......

I still can't believe school rumble ended. I know school rumble Z is coming out. But how long do we have to wait until somebody pick it up for english translation? A month, a year ? It's a torture to wait that long (especially after that lame ending).

i dont think u should worry about a group picking it up i think town socks will translate it like it's prequel the thing im most worried about is the pace of the new series i've got a feeling the author will mess it up but i hope im wrong.....
