Shikabane Hime: The enemy gets blown into pieces by guns in the first volume.
Tsukihime: The main female character gets sliced into eighteen pieces of meat and blood by some guy.
Both of them had a lot of bloody scenes afterwards...

The most bloodiest manga that I have read was Leviathan.

Yeah, well, Berserk was quite bloody, in a way. So I guess I'll pick that.

Some samples, though I guess there must be much MUCH bloodier manga out there, I just haven't checked them yet :P Berserk isn't really scary, though...

for bloodiest i would have to say either berserk or ares but for scariest i dunno i might say xxxholic but only sometimes like being once or twice

The Bloodiest is deffinitely Hellsing, but I think it's more awesome than scary. The scariest manga i've ever read was Arm of Kannon.
