windows photo gallery for me since its easy to view large number of folders at once, but if theres a better one and easier to use that doesnt require internet to use that would be awesome

personally, id recommend Hamana ofc. its made for reading manga and does it job. i really cant think of anything thats missing with it. at least worth trying out
