There are two mangas that stick out in my collection. First off is Love Hina, good, semi-clean, fun with comedy and romance. The other is Full Metal Alchemist. I still find the manga to be much more interesting than the anime.
Others are:
Kenshin
Chibi Vampire
Dragon Knights
Superior
Ouran Host- hopefully it will end soon
DN Angel- looking forward to the continuation of it
