Name live action series or movies that is the closest to the original story.
I've watch many live action adaptations of manga and anime. I've never seen one that did not change the original story significantly. There are many version of live action of Hana Yori Dango. Most of them butchered the original story.
 The one that I think closest to the original so far is Honey and Clover. Please list all the live action series and movies that you know follow the original story closely. |

ooh thats hard
 The only one i can really think of would probably be the GTO live action. I haven't watched it in a while but i think it was pretty close to the original story. As in him being a gang person or something and then becomes a teacher . Most of the story was pretty much the same except fom some story lines which weren't really important. I might have to go back and check it.... |
