Well this is the first I have ever encountered. Right now, I just put up an RP in the RP section and the first time I attempted to post, my first attempt to post was 20,000+ characters. I spent 20 minutes cutting it down and ended up shaving lots of my work.

Is this really necessary?

the reason that this happens could be the server or something similar but to put more characters and such into the server or whatever would require more money which is really unessecary since there are very few posts above 10,000 characters im not really proficient with how this forum works so i hope you understand although im not positive if this is correct

Ah. Maybe thats it...but this error looks like it was built in.

But that is really limiting. My RPs tend to go over...30000 characters. Lots of work i put into them.

just post them into 3 diff posts, i reckon its ok to double and triple post for reason as such. Like for some of my uploads i have double posted cause over limit, but i think its ok to do that

Well the main reason for that limit is due to the fact posting that much all at once tends to put quite a load on the server.

That said, I never thought anyone would be annoyed by such a limit o.o , anyways, I've put the limit up to 30000, if you have to put more.. Make a double post.
