That would be a good idea if it wasn't illegal =) cause most animes are free since they apear on tv and are released on the tvs websites and still some of them are illegal thats why we have a list "No uploading animes" but movies are totaly out of the question since they are made by companys who spend alot of money into making it and they earn the money back on the cinemas and later on selling the ownership to televisions so unless you have a realy big income every month and you are willing to pay for a good damn lawier for ZA i don't think it's such a good idea.

we have unlicense anime, true, but how do you know they are not license just because they was show on TV or they aren't in the "license anime list"

As I said somewhere before, Asian Drama has her own king and queen website, we shouldnt bother to do it. If you want to upload Live Anime, then go ahead, put them in Anime section is fine, just like fansub.tv

People aren't dumb enough to release things without it being "licensed", or else peopel will just steal ideas and get away scott free. I don't see any problem with uploading asian dramas, but I don't really watch it myself as I find it to be quite bland

The problem with asian dramas is that there are far less english subs. The fansub community for them are just not that strong and dedicated as anime community... at least that's the case for most of the dramas I watched.
Unless you are going for chinese subs... but I doubt many people here can read chinese

P.S Every anime, drama, movie are licensed when they are produced. It's just the case of whether it will be licensed in other countries

in regard to the argument of kings and queens of dramas website, who said we are going to compete just have a 'other' section for everything else that isnt anime/manga.

well, K-drama and J-drama was translate at full speed and almost over 30 series per year lol

I didnt want to compete either, and I never say that. But our site is anime-manga related, just that is enough.

I honestly have no problem BUT if you want me to make a new section you're going to have to push that section to a decent size.

I.e = i'll make a Jdrama section fine, but you'll have to upload shit loads xD .. If you can accept that, then i'll make one =P

By the way more of the things we'll upload will be in parts (at least in my case) since i only have a rapidshare account and rapidshare doesn't let you upload more then 100mb per upload.

That's almost as much as the number of anime showing in 1 season!!
Of all the J-dramas I watched only 1 has full english subs... the others were either a few months slower or dropped completely.
Thumbs up for the chinese subbers in this case
