Well 2 days ago i was caught because i was driving too fast it was 10 pm and they took me (and my car) to a cell i stayed there till dawn and i gotta say it was a baaaaad experience i couldn't sleep and they never gave me anything to eat i was starved but luckily i wasn't alone lol there were 5 guys with me who have been caught for the same thing at least i didnt get bored while i was there lol....so any way has anyone experienced anything like this be4?

Since when is a traffic infraction worthy of jailtime?

Yeah I'm assuming you are an American here, but speeding is only a misdemeanor - which usually does not/cannot have jailtime involved.

DWI, hit and run, etc....yeah that counts.

Did you have an outstanding warrant against you?

well im not American and yeah here u do some time in jail for that ,i forgot to mention i passed a sign after it turned red i was driving fast as i said be4 and there were no way i could stop and it only just turned red when i passed it !and that the reason i went to jail if it was only for driving fast i would've got a simple warrant, and aside from staying in the cell for sometime u need to pay an amount of money for me my dad pyed around 40-50$ .

I came close a couple of times when I was younger.

I'm an American, here if u speed, u get a ticket which u have to either pay off or take a class, if u take a driving class u dont pay anything and it doesn't go on your record. If u run a red, same thing. If u speed and run a red, two tickets. you don't go to jail for anything like that, cept if ur high or drunk

Ha I've never been to jail. Also I've been lucky enough to ever have been pulled over by a policeman either. I did get to rid in the back of a police car that an old friend of my mom drove awhile back.

Well here the law sucks ass the guards are lazy as hell and will arrest without actually listening to your explanation, one of my friends got mugged by a junkie a few months ago when we where heading home from our local so I grabbed the guy and kicked his head in, a pair of guards who where coming up the street saw me hit the guy and the sleazy bastard said I had attacked him first so they threw me in a cell for a few hours until they looked into the guys background and realized I was telling the truth, I was so pissed off that night I wanted to hit those retarded guards, but I aint ever gonna get my ass arrested for something really serious. Instead I fuck with them every chance I get like they have stupid laws here that guards can't arrest you if they aren't in full uniform otherwise its a breach of your rights, so I got a friend to distract the guy who pulled me in next time we saw him and I stole his hat and tossed it in a lake then taunted him the whole day ha ha, payback is so sweet.

No way i ve never seen a jail be4 except in movie . Btw here in India evryone jumps signals over speed and everything. I was even caught for overspeeding by de cop(which i never did). But de cops are so corrupted dat they wont file a case on u nor ll they collect fine. All they need is bribe. They ll freking beg u for money. I ve been caught a couple of times (god knows for wat reason!!). And they somehow scared me to death and got some cash out of me.
