I'd like to be able to control time ( stopping time, slowing down, etc. )

hmmm to talk with beings of other worlds, like dead people, aliens and beings that are not even comparable to humans, but.. well, hard to explain, but i want to be able to easily communicate with all beings with a conscious self, or something like that
