Zone Anime forum - Anime , Manga and GFX online community

I got a Anime forum it's 1 weeks old with 50+ members and it seems too quiet. Not many are chatting I tried starting up a few topics but that didn't last that long. I guess most of the people who register on my forum are just wanting to get the anime episodes i have on the forum while they're aren't on the site. What are some ways to encourage users to post?

Well Im usually a lurker, in forums ... Hey Admin Can we get a Ninja Onion? Please.

But here every one is so friendly.

and the onions really add to the board.

But truly its the members that can make a forum feel welcome or not. . .

. honestly I have no idea ;p, ZA's note very active just we have a few people who are very active.

and start a discussion, some chatting or voting topics. members introduction section

Oh and a set of Ninja onions

Spam? I honestly don't know what to say. Or tag every single thing that you do. One of my forums had their URL on everything they uploaded and the password was their site.
