People like to use Open Canvas, Gimp and Corel Painter besides Photoshop in that order so you can try those if you wish. ^^

I love to draw, even if I'm not really good at it. My sketch is quite good, but my painting suck big time XP

I like to draw too. I started drawing since I was little, sometimes just doodling stuff, other times sketching whole pictures. I also tried painting before. I especially like sketching nature and anime characters.

Who doesn't like drawing? I for instance started drawing when i was 6 but then it was only like monsters and other random things but when I got older and discovered the world of anime I started drawing anime characters. I really suck at hands and face shapes and hair usually doesn't look that well (if i draw from my mind) but I'm a master at copieing art (note that it's not tracing, and forgive me for my spelling at copieing ... don't know if that's good). Copieing for me is a sort of training so I can get the real skill of drawing great anime-characters and maybe invent some of my own :happypls:

I don't use any programs for drawing I'm a man of the traditional style: A pencil and earser and moldable earser (<--- that kind of earser owns all

). I also own a couple of books of Christopher Hart for drawing and some other drawing books. My bedroom wall is loaded with drawings I made over the years, my alternative to wallpaper ^^.

you talk about copieing
my father is the master at copieing
he draw wonderfull picture
copieing is good
you can practise and you can be better
but not me all my picture are bad(i think)

Its a good practice (copying). But I suggest you alter the face, outfit or hair a bit so that it don't look exactly like the one you are copying.

You can also start drawing your own characters too!

You are doing almost exactly as me now but i haven't drawn much in the past i only started recently, like two years or so, i mean to draw for real.
I also can copy very good and not draw that well from my head but i still try from time to time. ^^
The other difference is that i draw traditionally and digitally together and separate, so i use both and i have started doing works that are half copied half drawn so i can learn better as Tsuyuri suggested to you but i haven't posted it here yet, i will post it soon as i finish surfing a bit hehe.

Oh, yeah my room isn't filled with drawings, i have it all organized in my note book.
Well nice to meet someone that does things almost exactly like me. Keep it up and don't give up is my advice to you. ^^

I am starting to do works that are half copied and half made up. I usually make up the shades for myself and only copy the lines but now I'm trying to make up poses and facial expressions for myself and it's hard, really hard

I do that when I'm bored at school or when I'm drawing at a friend's house.

It's also nice to see someone that's the same as me when it comes to drawing

And I will never give up xD Over 2 years or so I'll be on the level of a professional (atleast that's what I want

)

I'm not really a fan of creating digital art, mainly because I don't understand things like photoshop

but digital art done by a pro really looks nice and in that way I'm still a fan.

Maybe I'll make a photo of my wall for all to see
