Well I just downloaded Google's BETA version , Google's browser.. Google Chrome.

It's light, fast and well .. I can't find a flaw with it. The interface looks like Mozilla that's not surprising as it was made by the same people nearly :P

Well for a BETA i'm having no problems, it runs smoothly, it's kinda like opera firefox mixed together =) , all the problems I've had with Firefox aren't in Chrome and well.. Wow.

Well it looks pretty sleek, and it runs well but I haven't done that much extensive testing to it yet -_-

Anyways, away for the antics, it looks like it has a lot of potiential, pulling on aspects of the most popular browsers available today. As far as functionality goes, it works great for what it is programed as, and it's integration with the Google system will probably make it very popular. The design is sleek, and flows with the Vista generation of programs, which might not be very popular with the old-school users who hate Vista...*raises his hand*... Ultimately, I would stick with IE7, FF2, and SM for now, let Chrome develop more, let plugins be released, and then compare it. The current browsers have a major headstart with all plugins, themes, etc. Before I knock Chrome out of the running or any other browser, I'm gonna wait to see what they release.

I can understand if there is no online favortire feature, but at least they should have drag and drop.

Nah, Google chrome and Firefox are just as good as each other in my opinion.
I was piffing about on Google chrome for a few hours and I much rather prefer Firefox still as I can change the theme and whatnot...

But no doubt Google will bring out some kind of add on for that.

How's the memory usage so far ? Higher than Firefox? I am quite feed up with firefox even the new one. If the Google browser gets out from beta and will have the good addons of firefox I'll most likely move to it.

I second that; Google has a browser!? Anyways I don't like BETA versions, but this is to not download. Anyways, hope it's not the end of FF. I always stuck with FF since the beginning and don't want it to lose.
