Do you ever feel like learning how to play a musical instrument? If you have a chance to play any music intrument, what would it be? Why that particular instrument? Do you specialize in any instrument or are learning an instrument?

I am really interested to play the flute or dizi(a tradisional chinese bamboo flute). Thay make really nice sounds and its very soothing to my ears. Well, I may not know who plays it very well but I heard it once before and I loved it!

I am also interested in the violin. Its amazing that you can play music just with the hair from a horses tail (I think). I heard people play with the violin and I heard it takes a long time. It also takes a lot of money to learn this instrument. So...I guess I may not be able to learn it.

I did take piano lessons before but only until primary 4 (I was six). So, instead of C,D,E,F,G and so on...I am still in Do,Re,Mi..hahaha...Learning a little piano by myself when I have time.hahaha!

This may be quite a boring topic but almost everyone I know plays music really well...It seems to be a part of people's life nowadays. I feel left out...just a little

If i had the chance it would probably be the piano again, i gave up but it would be nice to pick it up again. I would pick the piano because it just like the music and the sound of a piano

Yeah I have a Gibson Les Paul and I do know how to play guitar I just never really do play. Sure I pick it up from time to time and play a song or two but then it sits on its stand for a week or two before I pick it up again.

I'M TOO LAZY.

But I do love playing it.

Truthfully, I'd prefer to reinforce my piano skillz, that have deteriorated since the 6th grade -_-

Guitar, hands down.
Then I'd have an excuse to drop 1 grand on a '61 Gibson EB-0

Used to play piano, liked it, but didn't bother to practice and dropped it, same thing happened to flute, although i really loved it.. but.. =/

Anyway, would really like to try drums xD I just really like the rhythms and they're the back-bone in every band.
Would also like to pick up flute and piano again, i regret dropping them ><"

Well I used to play the guitar for our own 'little group' , I haven't had the chance to play the guitar afterwards xD.
@Mimi : I tried the drums.. I suck xD, can't get the beat ;o
That said I still play the Clarinet from time to time ^^ it's a lot of fun.

I loved to play the bass guitar.. But unfortunately its too too too expensive to buy.. But right now, I'm trying to learn the classical guitar.. My dad promised to get for me a bass guitar once I've learn the classical guitar..Muahahaha..

Hmm I've only played the Bass guitar =3 , not the classic. Is there a big difference when playing (Never ever played the classic guitar =d)
