The FAVC works really well, I've used it for quite a while and I always get good results. Its great for making DVDs with multiple episodes of an anime.

o i did forget to mention. u can use a menu for up to 8 videos after that you cant have a menu

never mind. What I was saying is if you have less than 8 videos that you are putting on the DVD you can make a DVD menu like you would find on a true DVD

I cannot say this for sure (I'd have to check), but if you were to purchase one of the newer dvd players on the market, some of which now have USB slots, you should theoretically be able to play a .mkv file on it from a flash drive, or even directly from your computer.
