Default Found Video To Tweak Bittorrent
I found this video for anyone who uses utorrent, it shows u all the tweaks to speed up your downloads. U change quite a bit in the settings but it works awesome! I was getting like 50 kb/s now I get like 250~300 kb/s.

It worked for me. At first it was going REALLY slow, slower than before, then all of a sudden it got really fast when I minimized the window.
