well this is the main thing which is discussed with some of my friends whenever a new PES or FIFA comes out. To tell the truth FIFA owns PES hard. PES is more like arcade style, whereas FIFA has like a finesse and class to it and the gameplay is really smooth. And PES is like really crap.
Bottom line FIFA OWNS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just dont think so because if you are talking about the reality..... FIFA..... nah nah, I just dont want to turn him down.

I started to play fifa since 97-08 version so dont say something like I dont know a sh** what FF is.

anyways, i've been playing FIFA for 8-9 years now and it seems a whole lot better than PES.

i disagree PES is way beter although 2008 wasnt but come on guys i used to play fifa 2000 with my brother and we like end a match with each of us having 30+ goals fifa isnt realstic and it's boring, when i said PES i meant the other version Winng eleven.

Yah, the only problem in fifa is that its bugs were so sux. The AI of the ball is perfect, but wth with the AI of player. Through 10 years and I didnt see any improve in the way they steal ball. The best they added in this game is the Pass power bar T^T.

hmmmm well your right withh 2000 and the same with 2001 where you shoot on an angle and GOAL!!!!! Yeah that was rigged but its so much harder now, ofcourse since im so pro i still find it easy lol, the AI is pretty much the complete opposite when you go into the harder levels they will like score 85% from free kicks and the keepers are sooo much harder and same with the outfield players they do heaps of tricks which makes it a challenge to steal the ball of them, and they slide tackle to perfection.

I think PES was a lot better, all the way to the latest release, which kinda sucked when compared to the latest FIFA. But if I had to bet money on it, I'd say the next PES will pwn again.
(And about which one is more 'real' or realistic, I have to say PES. Since when playing with my friends, the best players (Which in this case is not me) are the ones with the most experience of real football (Though, of course it takes a round or two to get used to the controls... But the point is, real strategies work for real in PES), when in FIFA I just win since I've been playing it the most.)

i prefer PES over FIFA. PES is better than fifa in many ways like play style and graphics. i know for sure because i spend my weekends playing PES with my friends and they all have the same opinion about both soccer games
