Another addition to the great action adventure games library of the PlayStation 2! Anyone who plays it must agree that this is yet another legendary game!

Graphics: 9/10
Very good graphics for a PS2 game, and it doesn't seem to have any place of weird graphics.

Gameplay: 9/10
This is best gameplay I have ever seen for a Action/Adventure PS2 games. dozens of original moves with spectacular weapons.

Sound: 9/10
Very clear sound, with appropriate voices for the characters. The sounds go very well with the move that is being used.

Storyline: 10/10
The greatest story I have yet played. The way Dante (main character) goes into the world of the demons is written out very well.

Playability: 9/10
A game that you can play over and over again and never get bored. The styles allow the player to strive to get better, by getting more moves.

Rating: Mature 17+ - Contains realistic violence.

Overall: Critic Score - 8.4/10~Player Score - 9.2/10~My Score - 9.7/10
Recommended for anyone that is into fighting games.

Similar Games: Devil May Cry 1/2/4, God of War 1/2, Heavenly Sword, The Shadow of The Colossus, Prince of Persia 1/2/3.

The Good: Awesome Gameplay and Graphics, and great playability!

The Bad: It's not online, one player only, and theres a lot of re-tracing.

Bottom Line: If you own a PS2 or PS3, this game is a must. If you don't have either of the systems, buy one just to play this game :P

Gameplay Images: Don't mind the blurriness, as Gamespot has bad graphics when uploaded to.

yup this game is one the greatst of all the ps2 games best of the 3 DMC games on the ps2 too, but why didnt u reveiw the special edition cause u can with the virgil in that too .

the battle system is the best in any game (this include every system), except for DMC 4 which is the newer one. when you finish the game, theres a 'turbo' mode that is so damn fast paced. and overall theres about 100 different moves, literally!

Good game one little thing didnt have the time to finish yet
I always get bored after a little while
Im waiting that the DMC 4 gets out for pc now that one i cant get bored of
