Overall the graphics are great the Other world is particularly cool. The animations in general are weak, but the game still looks great .

This is some of the best voice acting on PS3.The sound effects and music are fairly average by comparison.
Story

This is where the game really shines,your mission as Jackie Estacado is one of pure revenge. Your Uncle Paulie celebrates your 21st birthday by trying to blow you up. While he's certainly polite about the attempted murder, this is an act of war in Jackie's mind. As your average mob thug, you'd have no hope of bringing down Paulie, his army of goons, and the corrupt cops on his payroll. Fortunately, you attain the powers of the Darkness shortly after going kaboom. From the moment the pair of serpents (a physical manifestation of the Darkness) appears over your shoulders, you're thrust forward into a campaign of merciless murder.
Gameplay

Overall the gameplay is very good and enjoyable but the most fun you'll get is from using The Darkness power which is a lot of fun.
Lasting Appeal

The campaign will take 8-10 hours. The multiplayer won't keep you playing much longer than that.
Overall score: 8/10

This is a great game if you like FPS the great story alone makes this game a must play.
