hmm you're only at the cloud bit xD ?

You jump onto the cloud that goes down , you need to be right on the edge, then jump onto the cloud goes up and you need to get off when it's near the top, then while you are falling down you need to jump to the next cloud.

Once your on that cloud you need to jump up to the edge and move quickly as this elevator thing will squash you otherwise xD.
