Yeah I'll admit I didn't care for FF12 at first either, I said oh cool I get to be this guy here....& then you find out thats not your main character, your main character is actualy this pubesant 14 yr old boy who looks like a child model for Abercrombie & Finch, & his little Wendy's looking friend he travels with. But it grew on me, I actualy got sucked into it after awhile, you just have to give it a chance is all, besides the main character still wasn't as goofy as Tidus from FF10

lol I was agreeing with you most of the way but then you hit me right in the heart. Tidus is my favorite video game character of all time.

I personally think FFX2 had one of the best battle-systems in the whole FF-series, though unbalanced once you got the catnip -equip. The leveling system could have been better, though...

EDIT. FFX had GREAT weapon-customization, btw...

I didn't really care to much for X-2's battle system, i prefer X's, can't say anything about XII has i havn't played it yet haha, im so ashamed. And yes FFX had great item customization , except dark matters can kiss my a***.


But still my favourite FF has to be VII it took my RPGinity *tear* i loved it, awesome story, awesome graphics (the best hands i've ever seen in any game lol) and no other FF has had anything really as fun to do as Golden Saucer.

Heh yeah, well he wasn't too bad actualy, Waka on the other hand....Oh & Yufi from FF7...ughh got on my nerves, & that Chef thing from the 9th one. My favorite character would have to been Squall, just cause he looked & acted alot like me, minus the jerk.

How did you get the catnip equip? But I have to agree once I played through once or twice the game got 10 times easier. RIBBONS OUT THE BUTT man. LOL ive got 7 now.

X-2 = Modeling/Fighting. I think its very strange for one thing... same 3 dull characters through and through... just different clothing lmao

X was fun because Tidus was fun. Except for teh random father hatin, we was a decent character. Although his background wasn't exactly extremely colorful :/

I liked X-2's battle system the first day I played it, but after a while i got really bored of it. It gets annoying after a while...

X-2 lures you in with its FFX like pretty-ness, but then bores you to tears with its monotonous battle/changing system & that lackluster ending. Btw who else besides me was annoyed by how that ended? You go through all that work to get %100.0 & they still give you a crummy ending. I'm not going to spoil what happened just in case anyone else is trying it, but trust me if you want to see it end a *certain* way because of how the 10th one ended, ye will be dissapointed.

Catnip can be found in the secret dungeon in, er... The same place you found Bahamut in FFX. The dungeon with somewhere close 100 floors. If I remeber, the boss in floor 30 drops it. Catnip = When HP is critical, every hit deals 9999. So just trigger happy with it and you can deal 300000 damage with one strike.
