XP is better because as said it is more compatible with games these days. Vista will slowly but surely be more compatible but at this moment in time XP is the way to go.

Xp is so much better then Vista. if you dont have much memory on your pc vista will eat it up. Xp FTW!

Yea if your low on memory stay with XP, but if ya got 2 gigs or more, think about vista

I think I will go for windows XP for now. At present, I would say that Vista is not a wise choice for me.

I use vista on the office and its a hard core memory drainer, no doubt about it. My brother have a vista but my winxp still perform much better when we play at home.

Vista may have a good graphics but take note that graphics is compensated by the graphic card that you use.

but I think radeons better, but thats jsut me

i think i go for xp....vista is still unstable...and yet not many games can play on vista yet...even though it has the latest direct x...only halo 2 can be play on vista but my friends played halo 2 on xp using some patch i think....really admit it the interface on vista is really great.....

It all depends, do you like new games or old games?

New = Vista

Old = XP

eventually, everyone will have vista though >
