i got it awhile back and its good fun ^^ especially when mixed with a Flashcart ^^ playing an english version of the DQ4 remake rox my sox ^^ Anyone else play/have one?

Nope, I went to the PSP side :P , I have a friend who has one though, RPG strategy games are really good on the DS

For a ds, you will want an R4 card (I believe the name is accurate)

Basically you can dl games of random sites on the net, and just play. It's similar to the PSP OS vers, but instead the memory is based on the mini sd card you plug into the R4 card.

Oh btw, I use psp > Completely legit too >

At the moment i wouldn't recommend the R4, i would Recommend the TTDS (Top Toy DS). Alot cheaper, near 100% compatability, 100% Download and play. $25 US, it also lets you play GBA games because of its expansion as opposed to R4 which will only play DS games. $25 for a promising flash cart that comes with GBA compatability, or $35 for a popular flash cart that is trusted but doesn't play GBA games straight out of the box.

I dunno why so many people use it if there is such a great deal, but from what I've seen, they can be easily bought in asia, along with your ds >\

I think I know someone who had the TTDS before, can't be too sure though >

The cards themselves aren't too expensive, however it can be troubling to find some of them for a good price. Usually, if you're looking for the cards, people will jack up the prices. Its best to just wander around areas where you suspect where they may sell them.

Meh. I went to the PSP side. . . The only bad thing about the PSP is the load times.

Now if only sony would wise up and let the PSP Preload from the disk to your memory card. If I don't get a New PSP Slim I will Open Source My PSP.

I even sent stuff to sony attempting to get them to change how the PSP uses the Memory

Running this game off a Memory Card. is a 66% faster than from the UMD, Cutting this time out makes the game much more enjoyable. I want to play the games not watch the Disc Access flash every few seconds.

With larger Memory Cards now common, I would Like to see an option to set a Game Cache file - To hold Common graphics, animations and sounds, from the Game so they do not have to be streamed off the disk during paly.
