btw, anyone saw the new Updates? Jagex made some major changes to the game and soon they will be adding a New fighting skill >> summoning << ^^

the new skills are usuually non combat

it's for both members and F2P and it's a combat skill for sure...because they will rise the max CB lvl up to 136 or something :\
