I think I would prefer Halo 1 as well
Halo 2 just got some unnecessary improvements I think

HALO 1 definitely is the best. I hated HALO 2. I actually downloaded it and they deleted it cuz i hated it so. I still have HALO 1 in my PC and still plays it. HALO 3 was better than HALO 2 but as most of you do, I too prefer HALO 1

And what is the difference between Halo 2 and 3?

I feel all three have their strengths and weaknesses. 2 is the worst of the 3, but I put 3 and 1 on even footing, though for very different reasons.
However, that is after taking account multiplayer. From a single player perspective, 1 destroys the rest

Halo 2 and halo 3 only have a few differences.

BASED ON XBOX VERSIONS:

Halo 3 has :
"special equipment" ( AoE healing, Sheild Leechers, porta-sheilds, etc )
More weapons ( only a few, spartan laser, grav hammer and so on. )
some new vehicles ( Pelicans , new cov ship and so on )

halo 2 has:
A cloakable arbiter.

other than that, not many more differences ( that I can think of or remember neways )

I like the AI of Halo 3 a lot more, people do more dmg in modes compared to halo 2. Although I cannot really judge Halo 1 as I've never really played it all the way through

Anyway to the question, is Halo 3 available on PC?
Also which version of the Hunter do you think is harder to kill, the one in Halo 1 with the Fuel Rod Gun or the one in Halo 2 with the Fuel Rod Beam
