Well, yet another year has gone and ZA is now 2 years old ^^. Surpisingly nearly all the staff team from 2 years ago are still here (AoN , mimi and many others )

Anways, yeah, zanet started the site 2 years ago on a free hosting site called Yurx. Back when the site first appeared, it was called Anime-Zone, instead of Zone-Anime. The name, of course, changed quickly and has since grown in a major anime/manga/ost/drama fan site.

Over the last 2 years, Zone-Anime has grown from an anime links site into an anime, manga, ost, and drama link site, with two sister sites, AniTube and MangaConnection.

To put into perspective how much has happened in the last two years, here's just a small list of upgrades the site has gone through:

Creation of anime link section
Introduction of Shattered_Crystal
Creation of manga link section
Promotion of Mimi to manga admin
Introduction of tsukasadt
Complete chaos on the SMF forums as a result of tsukasadt
Creation of the Spam section of the forum as a result of tsukasadt
Promotion of tsukasadt to administrator (How the hell did that happen!?
New theme for main site
New theme for SMF forum
Creation of anime streaming (subdomain of Zone-Anime)
New theme for main site
New theme for SMF forum
New theme for anime streaming site
tsukasadt leaves for boot camp
Destruction of anime streaming site
6 Month Period Where I Was Out Of The Loop
tsukasadt returns from boot camp
Creation of new anime streaming site (AniTube)
New theme for main site
Upgrade of SMF forums to vBulletin forums (admin renamed to zanet, Mimi renamed to Shattered_Crystal, tsukasadt renamed to AoN)
4 new themes for vBulletin forum
2 new themes for main site
Creation of ost link section
Creation of DDL system
Creation of drama link section
Lotsa upgrades to vBulletin forum resulting in a new theme
New theme for AniTube

Yep, been through a lot, and that's just the stuff that sticks out to ME, hence the revolving around zanet, Shattered_Crystal, and myself. :P
