Batman: Gotham Knight

I literally just finished watching the new animated movie Batman: Gotham Knight and I have to say I am one happy camper. I always thought the Japanese ruled the animation world, but after watching this I can rest assured that us Americans can stand a fighting chance. The animation was just completely mind blowing. Each chapter had a different style which was completely different from the others and stood out because of this drastic difference in style. There was no signs of mediocrity at all during this movie, the movie kept true to the source material while still making a new and fresh Batman story.
I had the pleasure of making this the first Blu-Ray movie that I watched on my Ps3, and I have to say that the extra money was worth it. The animation was extremely crisp and fluid, it was unlike anything I had ever seen before. I hope that they start to convert Japanese animation to Blu-ray soon. Anyway If you haven't seen this, go and see it, you won't be disappointed.
