Trying Your Best

Posted 11-18-2008 at 06:08 PM by squinty
Sometimes when you do your best in something you feel you are not doing well or this is not good enough and feel you can do better.

This feeling is normal and it happens to a lot of people. (including me)
When it comes to me, I always feel useless because I am not getting where I wanted to be or am not doing as well as the others but that should never be in our heads. Everyone is different and everyone is good in something that is either different or the same as you.

Never back down from something you want even if it is hard and not the way you want it.

I am studying Computer Science and the teacher is teaching us in a way NO ONE understands. However, he never tried to explain to us anything and told us he knows it is hard but we have to keep trying to program right and understand what is going on. I am doing badly really. But since I love to learn how to program and want to make my own program one day I am trying my best to not let this make me fall down. Yes, I feel depressed a lot and say this sucks and I will never do good but at the end of the day I know what I want so even if I complain for days or months I still try to learn how to program.

Bottom line is, never give up on what you want and keep trying till you get it or reach your goal.

until next time

Well I had a cousin who did computer science and he said it was a horrid coures xD. Well I know what it's like when you have a teacher who doesn't explain things properly, you normally have only 2 choices

1) Either find another teacher to help you out
2) Start reading and understanding yourself :P
