just let him go because serisouly even if he does remember this is a worst case scenario he does cause a rebellion (sarcastic tone for that last bit) it wont make it past the wall we should just kick him outside the wall and into the seritei (spelled wrong but you know what i mean) he cant cause damage there and he should be safe. heck he might starve to death since he has some trace of spiritual power.

ok entire squadren (tumbleweed rolls across ground and a lonely wind blows) well i guess thats just me for now since there are no recruits and it doesnt seem like there are going to be any new recruits im gonna hunt some hollows in the western area of japan there seems to be a large concentration i intend to uh lets say thin there ranks mostly because im bored and i have a short attention span later all who care...... fine nobody cares be that way im out. (note: Aon i assume since im captain rank no challenging hollows will appear before so lets just say all i fight are dead is that alright? just tell me if anything special happens)
