, then I know a mod that will relight your love of BF.

It is Point of Existence. The POE Team was awarded 1st place in Mod Of The Year for 2007, for its BF2 POE Mod.

With the POE:2 game play being spread between American USMC, German Bundeswehr, Ukrainian Armed Forces and there are rumours that the Russians are readying for mobilisation (in a future game update). Playing around South Eastern Poland & Western Ukrainian border regions, Odessa & the Black Sea Coastline.

POE:1 (BFV Mod) is set Between Americans and Russians, set around Central & Eastern Africa.

Both versions have many maps, and new vehicles with the "tech" being late 90s to current, including some Weapons &/or Weapon Systems that were extensively tested by forces, but were not selected for service (mostly due to costs, not performance). Some vehicles included are A-10, F-22, FA-18E, MiL Mi-28 Havock, Su-25/39, AH-1Z, and more.

Currently the POE Team are all BF2/POE:2 supporting.
Though there are BFV/POE:1 players at the forums and there is a growing in resurgence in POE:1 with possible semi-official support if we get enough of the BFV/POE:1 community to ask & help.

So come visit, and maybe join the forum, play online with our broadening community, talk mil-tech, gaming, anything even, we don't tolerate flaming, though heated discussion can be allowed.

I apologise for advertising my second online home, although I regually play POE:1, and am a reasonable Helo pilot (specialising in MiL's) & team player.

nope i havent played it yet cause i dont really like FPS that much lol

I play Battlefield 2 compared to BFV because it came first for me. I dont really want to play that many war type games and the system didnt look that different so I never even tried it.
