Must-have DS games?

So, i recently got a NDS (swapped my PSP for one) and one of these flash karts... and now i noticed there are quite a few people here on ZA with their own DS's. so im asking you more experienced DS owners on ZA, what are the games i must have? homebrew games and applications work too. Thanks! ^^

Really only games I've ever boughten for my ds.. Outside of a couple of Mario games. Same with psp(minus the Mario games), I've bascially only boughten rpgs.

Pretty content with Ridorana's list cept the two Mana series games and rondo of swords. They were decent, but It just brings me back to missing the GOOD mana games. (Doesn't even think about craptacular PS2 one...) Rondo of swords was kind of ur average strategy game. Those I think are a waste of space on the Flashcart...

MARIO KART DS. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THIS GAME YOU ARE DISGRACING ALL THAT IS NINTENDO. j/k lol... Regarded as one of Best Mario Kart ever and the best game for the DS (Ratingswise and consumer opinion wise)

Add to that list: Ninja Gaiden DS, Lunar Knights, LoZ: Phantom Hourglass.

Noteworthy additons: Sonic Rush Adventures (Only good recent Sonic game...), The Ace Attorney Games (Phoenix Wright, Apollo Justice), Trauma Center (Its sequels coming soon), Professor Layton, Advance Wars Days of Ruin (Omg... i didn't think the game would be this good), The Bleach Fighting Games, Contra 4, Megaman ZX

If you like Super Smash Bros, and you LOVE anime and manga, Check out Jump Ultimate Stars. You won't regret it even though its in japanese. Find a FAQ and you'll never be bored

i allready tried mario kart and trauma center and i have two questions o those two, if you please: i forgot how to do the star thingy in trauma center. wich tool should i have when i do it?
how exactly do i power slide in mariokart? there is this challenge where you have to do four power slides, but i cant get even one right

and its a R4 cart. a lil old but it works ^^ wich one you got?

forgot to say... sonic rush adventure is indeed the best sonic game ive played for a loooong time (ever?)

Yeah. The PS3 and 360 Sonics sucked ass. The old school appeal of it being 2D with some 3D elements and new obstacles really made the sonic game shine.

Trauma Center? I don't remember rofl. I play it on my Wii Instead
