2d or 3d games

If you had the choice would you be more inclined to play a 3d game over a 2d version of the same game.

I really don't care as long as the game is fun and entertaining. If there is no real benefit to 3d over the 2d version.

yea me too....as long as its a great game: eg - DMC 4, GTA 4, GOW 2 = Playing with fire 2 :P (im serious)

I prefer 2D ish over 3D, it's just more fun!

personally i like looking at old school 2d graphics better, but it can be quite limiting, i guess. still, like everyone else said, 2d or 3d, it hasnt got much to do with the enjoyability of the game

i think it depends on the game. like sonic the hedgehog is an excellent game in 2d, i wasn't all that hot for the 3d games, but then if you never played the 2d games you might think their pretty good.

I've played both versions of sonic... I like Sonic Adventure 2 Battle most out of all of them... After that, its all classics for me

sonic games were pretty fun in 3D liked it a lot better the the 2D ones but prolly only becuase the 2D ones didn't look that good
