1st let me say i think both series are great but in my opinion FMA comes above D.Gray man in both story and characters , any way i didn't make a choice about liking both cause I've already said that there both great we just need to see whose beter in terms of story character's and character devlopment and story pace.

*nods* They do not even compare.
It's 4-0 so far, in favor of FMA. FMA was incredibly good, despite it being truncated. D.Grayman is the worst of the DBZ clones (constant useless battles, you can only win because of a power-up, not because of skill, experience, or tactics) This last Arc-arc....hey, I can make a pun there, has been incredibly boring. D.Grayman also kills more red-shirt characters then Star Trek. So what exactly did the exorcists sacrifice for? And these akuma appear to propagate faster then rabbits (since there is only one 'father' - that fat-Count, he should be constantly propagating, and not have any time to bother Allen Walker). But no, there is always an endless stream of enemies from no where, which simply do not have an economic foundation in which to support them. You'd think by now that when a city gets attacked by 100's of flying demons, that all Armed Forces across the globe would mobilize. Nope, somehow this is still a 'secret war', as they alluded to in the first episodes in Britain. What bull. It's almost the same formula for a Bleach-Naruto filler arc...yet we aren't even in a filler arc! Again, great characters (My favorite is Krowry, and Miranda is nicely unique, and Lenilee (with ponytails) is my type (just add 10 years), and the 'relationship' between Allen and his 'master' is hilarious) and a rich created world -- but ever since the second half of the second season, it's been depressing DBZ fight-elongation ever since. I cannot believe I actually enjoyed myself, just to see Allen play a piano. I've been that desperate to grab at least one shining thing from the show. Other then the ending shorts. They usually rock. (interesting color scheme though) |

Well said. If only they got past the useless power-up fights, and back to some plot. |
