I noticed that the link for the fourth OVA happens to be a different link for the third OVA.

Yeah I noticed that as well--I downloaded the 4th OVA and it said it was the 3rd. The file was also corrupt.

And if you already played it on Gamecube console or Playstation 2 J only Version, this is your best choice for Tales fan ^^
