i'm not sure for a pure comedy animes but i know ones which pretty funny. such as, alice gakuen *romantic comedy - even i say the romantic parts on season 1 are only few* then kyou kara maou aka God! Save Our King! *pretty funny ^^

As I said before, if you want non-stop -bombing comedy, then Seto no Hanayome, Jungle wo Itsumo Hale nochi Guu etc.. Otherwise, Haruhi, Genshiken etc. There are many.
