well I nkow you were trying to help us select what is best for you with a list of anime. But unfortunately all the anime there are different genres. But at least we know what you have watched so we don't have to recommened them. now lets see. try Ai Yori Aoishi, Berserk, Air Gear, Ouran High School Host Club, xxxHolic, Major, Fullmetal Panic (Mecha but you still check it out), To Love Ru, Girls Bravo, Ichi 100%, Ikkitousen Dragon Destiny/Great Guardians, Lucky Star, S-Cry-ED, Samurai X (Rurouni Kenshin), Welcome to NHK, Zero no Tsukaima, Tenchi Muyo, Mahoromatic (nice anime i watched recently), He is my Master

I think thats enough for now.

Wait, I understand you hate gundam but Tengen Toppa isnt related to gundam at all. so now im confused...o well.

Id say Cowboy Bebop, Zoids, the .Hacks, Gun X Sword, Planetes, and Aria. I kinda gave a wide variety. I personally recommend Cowboy Bebop, its one of my all time faves.
