For me, everytime while i'm listen to the song or OST, i can refresh back the anime i've watch.. especially the most unforgettable scene in the Anime... ^^

So, how bout u guys? Did u feel the same as me?

Guess if I think about it and all, it would be just the same for me. End up thinking back to the part/s of the anime that the song was playing during. So many songs of anime OSTs just make you remember what was happening during the anime when the song is playing..

When I'm listening I'm thinking about "wtf are they saying in this song? Am I listening to some shitty lyrics ? O_o" or something like that. About reminding myself those anime series .... maybe a bit.

hmmm, I just ignore the fact that I don't know what they are saying 100% of the time. No reason to know, since most I listen to are good enough to not need to know.

Probably don't wanna know what they are actually fully saying, use to listen to some German groups(know more German than Japanese) but stopped after I found out they had few songs with crappy lyrics.. Didn't even fit the kind of music they sang.. Don't feel like having some songs(if there are any of the groups I listen to) turning out to be crappy lyrics and ruining it all for me..

hmmm..
what am I thinking when I listen to anime OST?
well mostly I remember parts of the anime, sometimes I like to know what they're saying...
so I look for the translation of the lyrics, I know it's crappy coz it's translated literaly...
I just wanna have an idea what they're singing about...
maybe when my Japanese will be that good it won't be a problem anymore...

When I'm listening, like LISTENING listening (Not doing anything else at the same time. If I am, then the music just somewhat boosts my emotional direction towards what feelings the music represents. You know, sad tunes towards sadness, hyper-active towards that etc..), I usually think about things. Sometimes about the anime, sometimes about the lyrics (I do understand some japanese), sometimes, you know, just the 'colors' or moods that come into my mind.

Actually, I do feel more about the mood than clear situation of the anime when I'm listening to anime music. I remember whether the BGM is used in sad moments, or in battle without a comprehensive picture in my mind...
