I know of such CDs:
Character Song Collection (voice actors sing)
Eding single
Opening single
OST CD I and OST CD II
Single Dare mo Inai Machi
and a lot of unsorted compilations are around the internet.

I bet google will help with download links :3

I love Chobits OST! But I can't download by megaupload...sad...any site where I download the whole album from? Rapidshare is good....
