I've been wondering about this question for a very long time. Who was the person who created the fillers? Was it Masashi Kishimoto or the anime producers Can someone please answer this question for me?

Well it was definitely not Masashi Kishimoto, most probably a group of people related to the anime production made the fillers. You can easily tell it's not him as the style is different and the storyline.. sucks =\

you are right. But some of the fillers are good. Maybe like the part where Hinata learned a new move and saved naruto.

I just wondered if he just look trough the story created by some anime producers and accepted it? What about the characters? Is it created by him?

Yea it wasn't Kishimoto the producers made this crap ...
would really like to know what Kishimoto think about those Aho fillers ..

are the fillers in Bleach better than those of Naruto

They are probably created by the company who is making the anime from Kishimoto's manga.. (just my guess, since I don't really know and it seems to fit)

And not really, fillers in both series aren't that great(not ultimately bad, some are, some aren't)...

Maybe they don't get their hands on the rest fast enough to keep an episode per week going(or sometimes 2 per week), so they have to stall.. You'll never know how long it takes them to get it and all.. Like now with Shippuuden, they probably didn't get hands on rest just yet(or something) so, they had to put in a filler chunk til they did..

Which by way it looks, the true story line might start up again after the next 1 hour special, which is on July 3rd ...

Everytime we think the 'story might start getting good' it never does ! I mean they even had a '1 hour special episode' that was composed of parts from naruto season 1.. there was about 2 minutes of new animation in it..

I ment more along the lines that the next 1 hour special looks like the end of the filler chunk going on now and the true story line starting up again(or if not exact end, close to end). Not that the filler's story is getting better(which ain't really, but it's not that bad)..
