hey im starting a topic that has long since been argued throught the anime community dub or sub?

i think personally it depends on the anime dbz i liked the dub but only because thats the way i saw it first

for the most part though sub is much better. the one piece and naruto dubs are WOEFUL absolutley shocking i mean my god have you heard sanjis voice in the 4kids dub? yuck.
but enough of a winge from me what do you guys think, can you think of any good dubs?

Thats true the original versions are lot better than the dub versions
it's really rare to find good dub anime
but those that i really liked were
S-cry-ed
Yu gi oh
Gungrave
Trigun
DBZ
Inuyasha ( I haven't seen the sub version but the dub was ok)
I'm sure there are many other good dubs but cant think of any besides these

trust me, anything is much better than the Arabic dubs

though, I haven't watched any complete anime in English dub to give an opinion
but anime doesn't sound right when dubbed in English

I only watch certain series dubbed. Some of these include Cowboy Bebop, Full Metal Panic, Full Metal Alchemist. Other than that it really doesn't matter much to me, I usually watched subbed though cause the voice acting is better plus its easier to find a series subbed.

In my opinion i rather subbed most of the time but as Skotus said if you watch an anime dubbed before you watch it subbed you'll get used to the dub voices and the subbed anime will just sound wierd since i watched dragon ball when i was a kid i watched it on tv and it was in portuguese so i find jap and eng voices realy wierd but probably if it watched it in japanese first i'd think the dub were wierd.
