Of all the popular anime out there, which do you think is the most overrated? Personally, mine is One Piece. Hate the story, artwork is.....ok. What about you?

Never seen One Piece, and I'd LOVE to say Naruto or Bleach or FMA, but I guess they are not that bad in the end, dunno. I mean, I could watch them if I had nothing else to do.
But I'll go for Kimi Ga Nozomu Eien. I don't like it. Infact, I hate it. It's annoying. I liked the 2 first episodes ok, but after that it was just downhill. All the characters were SO stupid, I can't believe it... And check out the user-reviews it has gotten in ann: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
Unbelievable... Most have given it 10/10? wtf... I mean, it's not SUPER bad (Not super bad, just plain bad :P), but that kind of reviews? Definetely overrated, at least for me.

EDIT. Oh, is DBZ rated high then? Didn't know that, just thought it's popular with the pre-teens... Well, DBZ sucks.

One Piece i just hate the art the characters and there,s something i hate about the three most popular shounen anime/manga(naruto,bleach,one piece) no one ever dies! and if a bad guy dies suddunlly he turns out to be a good guy at heart! like naruto the next chapter(SPOLIER)[ in the manga they r going to make itachi a good guy who loved and portected his little bro!] any way the other anime i think is overrated(besides the three above) is Gundam SEED and GS DESTINY there both are a copy of zeta gundam and the orignal gundam .

I would say One Piece is the most overrated... the art is terrible, and the story uninteresting

Also, a lot of people recommended me Blood +... but I didn't find it any special (I only saw 3 episodes, though)...

i like the whole idea of one piece like the general idea of a good new pirate anime but were all in agreement that the artwork is just horrible and some of the devil fruit powers are stupid for example the main charecters rubber body seriously.

well this is hard for me, I think a LOT of shows are over-rated...

I'd just have to say DBZ over one piece, just because the main character in OP is made out of rubber So uncomprehensible yet so funny

I personally think that Gundam SEED is great. Destiny's creator's biggest mistake was changing the story to some kind of soap opera. I mean, what the heck is with Athrun and all those girls?

I also think that FF Advent Children is overrated. It's pretty to watch, but it's not that good

Most people(including me) out grew DBZ. Here where i live DBZ is STILL aired(dubbed in our local language) its too overrated, along with those other anime older than me, hehe
