Butt from Garou: Mark of the wolves has some pretty hot flame-moves, but surely I can remember 'hotter' characters...
As for attractive, hmm... I liked Asuka from Tekken 5, not her in-game model but the hand-drawn pictures and the 3D render -pictures. She looks SO badass (Escpecially with the secret yakuza o-nee-san costume).
