Well, assuming that the PS3 IS hackable ( chip-wise ), things wouldn't exactly get too expensive, you can easily cut down on many costs.

For one thing, you DON'T need a burner ; in fact its a horrible idea to get one... in most cases anyways.

I don't know about you, but where I live I can easily buy a bootlegged game for around 5 dollars... more or less. It shouldn't be too hard to just buy bootlegged games at this price since 5$ and 60$ have huge differences...
