Oke, I want a manga that is mature, serious, humorless and tragic. Basically, just a sad manga with no stupid jokes about bumping in to a girl and accidentaly touching her breast.
I would also want this manga to actually have a point, something to say to me. I'm not gonna use the word "deep" (fail), but I want to be touched by it.
The characters are also very important. They must be realistic, I must be able to believe in them. I refuse to read anything with one-sided characters! And that goes for the bad guys just as well as the main protagonist.

I know I'm asking for quite alot, but you people, if any, should be able to help me. I will not grace you with an onion though. This is a serious and mature thread!
